Reverend Wayne D. Dickens serves as the Area Director of High School ministries in East Alabama for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He serves junior high and high schools ministries in Lee, Macon, Tallapoosa, Coosa, Russell, Elmore, Bullock, and Chamber counties. His impact on both students and coaches has been God-inspired, resulting in many souls saved. Roughly 70 junior high and high schools have come to depend on Wayne for guidance, encouragement and spiritual growth.
Dickens, a graduate of Auburn University in December of 2005, was a four-year letterman and starter on the Auburn football team. During his Auburn football career, the tigers went undefeated and were SEC Champions in 2004. Wayne finished his playing career spending one season with the Tennessee Titans.
He married his beautiful wife Stacey on May 23, 2009. Stacey has quickly become an invaluable asset to Wayne and the FCA ministry. Born March 20, 1983 Dickens is the son to Choretta and Wayne Dickens. He also has one younger sister Kimberly Latoya and younger brother Sharif Hakeem.
